Prevent is about supporting and protecting people who might be susceptible to being drawn into terrorism.
Newbold Church School has a statutory duty to have due regard to the need to prevent our children from the risks associated with radicalisation and extremism.

Our Prevent Lead, Mrs K Marsh is supported by our Deputy Designated Safeguarding Lead, Mrs H Burn, and also our Early Help team / Family Resource Workers - Mrs C Riley, Mrs E Kirk and Ms M Taylor.
